I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUSINESS WITH PROUSSES

When I tried purchasing something through the online business called Prousses at http://www.prousses.com/ and I returned the dress he did not refund me my money as promised on his website's exchange and returns policy which states:

We want everyone to be happy with their purchase, if for some reason you’re not here are the following steps. We must be contacted within 3 days of you receiving your purchase and all items must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of order. If you do not Contact Us or the item is not returned within 7 days there will be no credit given.You must email for a RPO number this must be noted on the outside of the box. Your item will be accepted back for a 100% store credit towards future purchases. *You are responsible for the shipping charges when sending the item back to us.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PROUSSES BECAUSE THEY ARE COMPLETE HYPOCRITES OF THE SERVICES THEY PROMISE. DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE CHEATED. I contacted PayPal about this matter and filed a complaint. He told PayPal that he would agree to pay back my money, but only paid me about $50 out of about $600 and said that he would refuse to pay the rest. I have also filed a complaint with BetterBusinessBureau and online FBI, but I have not seen any money yet and it has been 3 months.
